  Emergency AppointmentU.S. Mission in Saudi Arabia

You must first schedule an interview on line at  http://ksa.us-visaservices.com EVEN IF THE DATE YOU RECEIVE IS TOO LATE. After you have registered and paid for a PIN, please follow the directions on the VisaPoint web to schedule an appointment date, and only then, make a request for an expedited appointment by entering the “Request An Emergency Appointment” option in "My Info Page" .

In your correspondence with VisaPoint, make a very clear case for your request. Explain why the need is urgent; do not just say “it is urgent that I travel.” Explain why the travel was unforeseen, and what the consequences will be if we were to deny the request.

 Life or death emergencies: Life or death emergencies will be handled in the most expedient manner possible. After going through the VisaPoint emergency process, please highlight the fact that the case involves a medical emergency, a pending death, or a recent death.

 For medical emergencies please provide as many of the following documents as you can:

 Medical records and/or correspondence about the illness, injury or condition;

Documents from the U.S. regarding arrangements for treatment and payment for the treatment.

If you do not have insurance or it will not cover the full cost of the treatment, the embassy must see proof that you will be able to cover all related U.S. medical expenses.

 If your request is approved you should bring the specified documents required for any applicant requesting a B1/B2 visitor visa, plus additional information documenting your need for urgent travel.
