Visa Application Form (DS-160)

You must have a Nonimmigrant Electronic Visa Application DS-160 completed before scheduling an appointment through this service.  The DS-160 confirmation number will be required to complete the scheduling process.

Please follow these steps in order to complete a nonimmigrant electronic visa application DS-160:     

1. Complete the nonimmigrant electronic visa application DS-160 at https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/.

Note the following:

·         Save the visa application often and save a copy to your computer’s hard drive or memory devise (ie. CD or USB).

·         Fill out all required information completely and accurately, including the selection of the visa type.

·         Significant errors or information marked as “N/A,” “Nil,” etc. may result in the rejection of the visa application at the time of the interview.

·         Regardless of uploading a photo online, a photograph will still need to be brought to your interview.

2. Print the DS-160 Confirmation Page that includes some biographical information and a bar code confirmation number.
3. Bring the DS-160 Confirmation Page to the visa interview.
